Wellness here begins in a Mayan organic kitchen, where therapists brew, muddle and mix local herbs, plants, oils, spices and honey into bespoke balms, tinctures and scrubs. Guests can move from hands-on treatments to steam rooms, infrared sauna, ice chamber, Swiss showers, cold plunge pool, hydromassage hot tub, Temazcal sweat lodge and sensory deprivation tank.
