How do we get to Hotel Esencia, and what are the check-in times?
The hotel is about 50 minutes south of Cancún and 30 minutes north of Tulum. It can arrange private car transfers from Cancún International Airport for a charge, or a 25-minute helicopter transfer landing at the hotel. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is around midday, and early or late times depend on availability.
